MAKING THE SPONTANEOUS PERSON COMFORTABLE

To make The spontaneous person comfortable and to reduce conflict, we need to let them to:
• Learn by doing;
• Have a variety of things to do;
• Act on their feelings and impulses;
• Do tasks that are simple;
• Change the subject in conversations;
• Have protection from distractions and accident;
• Be with other spontaneous people;
• Get others to research situations where being detailed is important.

MAKING THE CAREFUL PERSON COMFORTABLE

We have to let them to:
• Be a doer not a delegator;
• Be a do-it-yourselfer;
• Have protection from interruptions stay on the subject in conversations without jumping around;
• Focus their concentration on completing their task;
• Built their skills over time;
• Get recognition for their good work;
• Know what is expected of them ;
• Work in an organized setting;
• Check their own work;
• Be around other careful people.


Of course, that these type of emotional intelligence people may self-helped. For The spontaneous person: they can concentrate and pay attention to detail; focus on the task; pushing out other thoughts; be more studious; learn complex material; think through decisions and plan steps before acting; find tasks that are interesting enough to motivate them to concentrate; if they are depressed, seek treatment for depression.

For The careful person: they can stay aware of priorities; leave well-enough alone; stop taking tasks back; make decisions faster; find people who do things well enough to trust them; keep up with a wider scope of activity; work on more than one thing at a time.
